Window Cleaning Scope
When our technicians arrive on-site, they check in with security or a designated client representative. After verifying the project scope, the extensively trained technicians will begin the process. For high-rise projects, all of our repellers will provide their OSHA safety certificate. Exterior window cleaning starts with thorough window mopping. Then we squeegee dry and wipe around the frames to ensure there are no water spots. The frequency of exterior commercial window washing is up to your business needs and priorities. Some of our clients only require a complete quarterly washing program. Others require the quarterly cleaning plus a monthly washing of high use windows (like lobby or courtyard areas). Interior window washing is similar to the exterior process. We scrub with a window mop, squeegee dry, and wipe where needed. We disrupt normal business as little as possible. Many of our commercial clients do a one-time indoor cleaning of all of their interior windows. Some add on a monthly interior window cleaning of their main lobbies to their regular janitorial service. Deionized water is available to ensure no water spots! There are many benefits to deionized water. It minimizes the need to bring big, heavy lifts to the site. It lessens the risk of repelling. This is available for up to five stories tall.
